These website terms explain the general scope of information and services provided by THE LEVELLER MOTORS LLC. A signed agreement, accepted estimate, or issued invoice may contain transaction-specific terms that also apply.

Service role

THE LEVELLER MOTORS LLC provides vehicle sourcing, purchasing support, documentation, domestic transportation coordination, export coordination, and shipping coordination. It is not currently a licensed vehicle dealer and may use authorized brokers or suppliers for eligible auction purchases.

Vehicle information

Third-party descriptions, photos, condition information, title information, mileage, and availability may be incomplete or change. Customers must review available information and approve a vehicle before purchase. No mechanical condition, repair cost, or future roadworthiness is guaranteed.

Estimates and payment

Estimates are not final auction-price guarantees. An official invoice identifies the amount due for the described transaction. Cleared payment and final confirmation may be required before a purchase or shipping instruction is issued.

Third-party services

Brokers, auction platforms, suppliers, transporters, ports, warehouses, documentation agents, and ocean carriers are independent providers. Their rules, delays, losses, schedule changes, and service limitations may affect a transaction.

Ghana destination costs

Unless an invoice expressly includes them, import duty, customs clearing, taxes, storage, demurrage, port charges, and other destination costs in Ghana are the customer's or recipient's responsibility.
